The velvet is from one of my Grandmother's flapper dresses, we should have "feel-o-vision" here because it's the most lovely velvet ever. It's an odd rust orange color, but I love it.
The other I included because one of the joys of crazy quilting is you can use weird strips like this. I love the beadwork and the colors.
