I admit it, I'm a groupie!
Wow, I have only dreams that I could come up with something this creative. Sigh.....off to wishing I had more time! :-)Labels: art, beading, Blogging, inspiration

Highland Mommies has an entrepreneurial group called "Empressarias" who are having a great show at the D-Note in Arvada! Come shop and explore - including: gift baskets, unique accessories, photography gift certificates, jewlery and more... Enjoy the afternoon with live music, dancing for the kids, make and take crafts and if you're interested in starting your own business - this is a great group of gals I have taken a lot of inspiration from - Including:
December 1st from 3-5 PM at the D-Note in Old Towne Arvada
Anyway, nothing in the show for me is craft orientied...I'm there plugging our web design business. I think I'm handing out internet safety tips - frankly I'm expecting to be upstaged by some very creative Moms.

Normally the Quilt of the month site does more conservative quilts, but if you love to look at quilts (because you make them or admire them) there's lots of room to "ooo and ahhh" over these fabulous Quilts.Labels: inspiration, quilting
Then of course the parties at school. Alec was a race car driver. I love the variety of costumes...some of the homemade ones were the best! The ghost in the middle was a riot - just a white knit cap and a sheet!
Missy C chose to be "Kim Possible the way she dresses at school". About all we had to do was try to color her hair orange (food coloring) - she seemed to have fun and what a great ninja behind her, eh?
We all went down the street and went "Trunk or Treating" at the church down the street. The people from the church decorate up their car trunks and hand out candy...they serve hot cocoa and cider. It's great!
Halloween is over and except for the huge bowl of candy in our house, today it's "back to normal" and getting things done around the house.
I've been trying to get my "other blog" working on Wordpress and so have been distracted by that, but I have several draft posts I've been meaning to post here. So, we'll see. Hopefully this week!
